Idle Macro is a visual macro automation software that allows users to create, edit, and execute automated workflows on their Windows computers. The Service includes:

  • Visual macro builder with drag-and-drop interface
  • Humanization engine for natural-looking automation
  • Cloud sync for macros and settings (Pro feature)
  • License management and account dashboard
  • Documentation and support resources

3. License Types and Pricing

We offer the following license types:

  • Free: Basic macro functionality with limited features
  • Pro (Personal): One-time purchase for lifetime access to all Pro features
  • Trial: 5-day free trial of Pro features (one per user)

License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may:

  • Use the Software for personal automation tasks
  • Use the Software within your business or organization for internal operations
  • Create and execute macros for your own use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or license keys
  • Offer the Software as a service to third parties
  • Use the Software to provide commercial automation services to others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Share your license key with others

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Violate terms of service of third-party applications

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDLE MACRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
