14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Idle Macro Pro licenses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

We believe in our product and want you to be completely satisfied. This guarantee gives you risk-free time to evaluate whether Idle Macro meets your needs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • The license key has not been extensively used or abused
  • You have not previously received a refund for an Idle Macro purchase

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift keys that have been redeemed by the recipient
  • Licenses purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Licenses that have been transferred to another account
  • Team licenses where multiple seats have been activated
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you have several options:

  1. Contact our support team at support@idlemacro.com with your order number
  2. Use the Paddle customer portal link provided in your purchase confirmation email
  3. Contact Paddle support directly if you have issues accessing your purchase

We'll review and process your request within 2-3 business days. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Your license key will be deactivated immediately
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method via Paddle
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This typically applies to:

  • Team licenses where only some seats have been used
  • Technical issues that prevented full use of the software
  • Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your license will be immediately deactivated and your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as we're committed to fair resolutions.

Trial Period

We offer a 5-day free trial of Pro features (one per user). We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate the software before purchasing. Trial licenses are not eligible for refunds as they are provided free of charge.
