End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Idle Macro for the use of Idle Macro software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Make backup copies of the Software for archival purposes
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes

3. License Types

3.1 Free License

• Limited to 5 saved macros
• Basic humanization features
• Community support only

3.2 Pro License

• Unlimited macros
• Advanced humanization features
• Cloud macro sync
• Priority support
• Can be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously

3.3 Team License

• All Pro features
• 5 license keys for team members
• Shared macro library
• Team dashboard
• Dedicated support

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or labels
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Share your license key with unauthorized users
• Circumvent license activation or validation mechanisms
• Use the Software to create competing products

5. Acceptable Use

While we provide automation tools, you are responsible for using them ethically and legally. You agree not to use the Software to:

• Violate terms of service of third-party applications or games
• Gain unfair advantages in competitive environments
• Automate actions that could harm others or systems
• Bypass security measures or access controls
• Engage in fraudulent activities

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the Software.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

7. Updates and Support

We may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the Software. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue support at any time.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. We may also terminate your license if:

• You violate this Agreement
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You abuse or misuse the Software
• Required by law

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

11. Data Collection

The Software may collect anonymous usage data to improve functionality. We do not collect personal information or macro content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
